Cabbage

Caution

May cause symptoms in more sensitive people. Track your own reaction.

Cabbage is considered a well-tolerated vegetable in a low-histamine diet. This means that while it is safe for most people, it can cause mild symptoms in very sensitive individuals when consumed in large quantities. Although it does not contain a significant amount of histamine or other biogenic amines and does not act as an inhibitor of the DAO enzyme, as a representative of cruciferous vegetables, it may be harder for some to digest or irritating to the digestive tract
