How do I activate Premium?
The web and Android use Stripe's secure checkout, while iOS uses the App Store. A purchase during an active trial ends the remaining local trial immediately; Stripe or the App Store confirms the specific price and billing in its purchase flow.
Why might the Premium price differ in the iOS app?
Purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store, which may charge a commission of up to 30%. As a result, the price may differ from the price on the web. Premium purchased on the web also works in the mobile app when you sign in with the same account.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You can cancel a web subscription anytime through “Manage subscription” on this page or from your profile. Cancellation turns off automatic renewal; Premium remains active until the end of the paid period and then the account returns to the free plan. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed in your Apple account.
How do limits work?
Without an account you can run 1 ingredient analysis per day. A free account has 15 analyses per month. Reactions, saved foods, and recipes have no Free count limit; the meal diary shows the latest 14 days, while older entries remain safely locked. Premium offers analyses without Free-plan limits for ordinary personal use and unlocks the full meal history. AI tools are included with Premium and use credits based on the cost of each operation. Reaching a limit never deletes your data.
What happens to my data if I cancel Premium?
All saved products, recipes, and reaction records remain stored. After Premium ends, the account returns to Free: AI tools are unavailable and meal diary entries older than 14 days are locked. Reactivating Premium unlocks them again.
Is the payment secure?
Web payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider and payment card details never pass through our server. In-app purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices for web subscriptions are available in the Stripe customer portal through “Manage subscription”. For subscriptions purchased in the iOS app, Apple provides the purchase receipt.
