Our story

When my wife was diagnosed with histamine intolerance, we both found ourselves in completely unfamiliar territory. At first, our only lifeline was a set of confusing and impractical PDF lists. The frustration of constantly searching for information led us to create BezHistaminu.cz and its international counterpart, Histamin.io.

Today, these tools can quickly assess a food's suitability from a single photo. But every body is different, so we went further. We added a smart diary that connects food with physiological data and outside influences. It helps uncover hidden triggers, even on the most complicated days.

What started as a personal mission for our own family has grown into a commitment to help everyone facing a similar challenge. Together, we want to build a universal system where no one has to feel lost after this diagnosis.
