How do I activate Premium?
On the web, “Go Premium” redirects you to Stripe's secure checkout. Once Stripe confirms the successful payment, Premium activates automatically, usually within a few seconds. In the iOS app, Premium can also be activated through an Apple subscription.
Why might the Premium price differ in the iOS app?
Purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store, which may charge a commission of up to 30%. As a result, the price may differ from the price on the web. Premium purchased on the web also works in the mobile app when you sign in with the same account.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You can cancel a web subscription anytime through “Manage subscription” on this page or from your profile. Cancellation turns off automatic renewal; Premium remains active until the end of the paid period and then the account returns to the free plan. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed in your Apple account.
How do limits work?
Without an account you can run 3 analyses per day. A free account gets 30 analyses per month, can keep 20 saved products and recipes in total, and track reactions for up to 30 foods. Premium receives 300 credits per monthly cycle; during the pilot, only Assistant spends them. Each operation uses credits according to its cost. When a limit is reached, existing data is not overwritten or deleted; you just cannot add more. Daily limits reset the next day, credits on the cycle anniversary, and the analysis limit on the first day of the new month; saved-item and reaction-food limits do not reset automatically. Premium removes the analysis, saving, and reaction diary limits.
What happens to my data if I cancel Premium?
All saved products, recipes, and reaction records stay stored and visible. After Premium ends, free-account limits apply again. If you already have more saved items than the free plan allows, you cannot add more until you reduce the count or reactivate Premium.
Is the payment secure?
Web payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider and payment card details never pass through our server. In-app purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices for web subscriptions are available in the Stripe customer portal through “Manage subscription”. For subscriptions purchased in the iOS app, Apple provides the purchase receipt.
