DAO supplementation

Enzyme

DAO enzyme supplementation for better breakdown of dietary histamine in people with HIT.

DAO (diamine oxidase) supplementation is a method used in people with histamine intolerance (HIT). The aim is to supplement the missing or insufficiently active DAO enzyme, which is responsible for the breakdown of histamine received from food. In this way, the level of histamine in the body should be reduced and the symptoms of intolerance alleviated.
